Select the item in the List View and drag and drop it into the new folder in the Navigation View. Besides making them easier to navigate (depending on how many codes or cases you have, and how you work) this is useful because you can select folders as the scope for queries. You can organize codes and cases in folders. (You can also access the commands from the Home tab, Workspace > Sort by > Custom.
